Our AI model is trained on real job market data, skills taxonomy databases, and thousands of verified role profiles. Accuracy improves with richer input — a detailed resume or a complete LinkedIn profile produces better results than a sparse one. That said, all assessments are for informational and planning purposes. We recommend using your assessment as a starting point for your own career research and decisions.

We accept PDF and Microsoft Word (.docx) resume files up to 10MB. You can also paste your LinkedIn profile URL and we'll extract publicly available information. For best results, use a detailed, up-to-date resume that clearly lists your skills, job titles, responsibilities, and achievements.

Yes. Your resume is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never share your resume with employers, recruiters, or job boards without your explicit consent. We never sell your personal data. Raw resume files are never stored — only your structured career analysis results. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

We recommend removing: home address, phone number, email address, date of birth, national ID or passport numbers, tax file number (TFN), Medicare number, bank details, and photos. The AI only needs your career history and skills — not your contact details. We show a privacy checklist on the upload page as a reminder, and also automatically strip personal identifiers before sending data to our AI model.

You have the right to permanently erase all your data at any time. Click "Delete my account" in your dashboard under Data Rights, or email privacy@futurein.ai with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will permanently delete all your personal data within 30 days. This cannot be undone. Note: Stripe retains billing records for financial compliance purposes — we have no control over this.

Resume analysis results: 24 months. Chat messages: 12 months. Activity logs: 24 months. Security event logs: 12 months. Account data (email, score): until you delete your account. Payment records: 7 years (held by Stripe, required by financial law). All data is automatically purged at the end of these periods — we run daily retention jobs to enforce this.

On the free Explorer plan, you get 1 scan. On Pathfinder and Navigator plans, you can upload unlimited resumes — useful if you have different versions tailored to different industries, or if you want to track your progress over time as you upskill.

Yes. The Explorer plan is permanently free — no credit card required. You get 1 resume scan and your top 5 AI job matches with a basic readiness score. It's a genuine taste of the platform, not a bait-and-switch.

The 7-day free trial gives you complete access to your chosen plan — every feature, no restrictions. Your card is saved but never charged until day 8. Cancel any time before day 8 and you pay absolutely nothing. Stripe sends you a reminder email 24 hours before the trial ends.

Yes — cancel instantly at any time via the Billing Portal → No phone calls, no retention loops. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then drop to the free Explorer plan automatically. No cancellation fees.

We don't offer refunds on paid subscriptions — but you don't need one. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged until day 8. If you cancel any time during the 7 days, you pay nothing at all. Stripe handles cancellations automatically — no emails, no waiting, no questions.

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time via the Billing Portal. Switching to annual gives you a 30% discount. The change takes effect at your next billing date.

We give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price changes. If you subscribed during our early founder period, we will honour your founding price for as long as your subscription remains active.

The Navigator plan includes 3 seats. For larger teams (10+ people), we offer custom enterprise pricing with bulk discounts, SSO integration, admin dashboards, and dedicated support. Contact us for a custom quote.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, and bank transfers. All payments are processed by Stripe — a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 provider.

Prices are shown in AUD but Stripe automatically converts to your local currency at checkout. Users in the US pay in USD, UK users in GBP, Indian users in INR, and so on across 135+ currencies. Your bank or card statement will show the charge in your local currency.

Indian users: Pay with any international Visa or Mastercard. UPI support is coming soon.

Our job data is compiled from aggregated job board data, publicly available employment research, and salary survey databases, salary databases (Glassdoor, Levels.fyi, Payscale), and our own research team. Data is refreshed monthly to reflect the rapidly changing AI job market.

We cover job market data and salary benchmarks for 40+ countries including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Singapore, India, UAE, Nigeria, South Africa, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, and more. If your country isn't listed, your assessment will still work — we'll use the closest regional market as a benchmark.

Our job database is updated monthly. Pathfinder and Navigator subscribers receive a monthly "AI Job Market Update" email highlighting new and emerging roles, salary shifts, and industry-specific changes. The AI job market is moving extremely fast — this monthly update is one of the most valued features our subscribers report.

Some roles we identify are genuinely emerging — they may have only a handful of job postings today but strong trajectory indicators. We label these clearly as "emerging" vs "established" in your report. Part of our unique value is identifying these roles early, while you have time to position yourself before they become competitive.

A marketing manager targeting AI Product Marketer roles gets a completely different roadmap than a nurse targeting AI Clinical Analyst roles.
